The 35-story Luminary, downtown Austin’s newest planned condo tower, opens sales office
The developer of downtown Austin’s newest planned luxury condominium tower, Luminary, unveiled its floor plans and amenities when the sales center opened last week.
The 35-story high-rise is the first in downtown Austin to begin the sales process in three years. Two other downtown residential high-rises, the Modern, which is still under construction, and Vesper, which is completed, launched sales of their condos in 2022.
Luminary’s developer is Northland Living, a U.S.-based subsidiary of Northland Properties Corp., a Canadian-based hospitality and development firm. Northland first announced plans for the project in January 2024.
Luminary’s sales office is at 501A W. 15th Street, just northwest of where the condo tower will be built at 14th and Guadalupe streets. The high-rise, with more than 280 units, is expected to break ground by the end of this year.
In the sales office, prospective buyers will be able to see renderings of Luminary’s more than 280 floor plans, amenity areas and replicas of a kitchen and bathroom, as well as meet members of the development team.
