Luminary is currently projected to have approximately 284 residences.
The building will be 35 stories tall.
At contract, an initial earnest money deposit will be due:
• $10k for 1 bedroom residences
• $15k for 2 bedroom residences
• $20k for 3 bedroom residences
• $40k for penthouse residences
After the initial deposit, the remaining balance of 5% will be due within two weeks.
Another 5% will be due 180 days later.
*For buyers purchasing more than one residence, please note that earnest money requirements will increase on subsequent purchases.

Yes! We are paying a full 3% commission, with half paid after earnest money has been paid. Buyer’s Agents must be licensed through TREC and be registered with their client.
There is not onsite affordable housing, but Luminary has paid into the City of Austin affordable housing fund.
